Master Bedroom Progress

Happy Wednesday y’all! I recently got my shit together and finally painted and updated our master bedroom! I am very happy with how it turned out. It feels like a cozy little getaway in here!

Here is the before….

It clearly needed some updating and let me tell you that’s what we did! First, I painted all the trim including the doors with fresh high-gloss white paint, and the walls with Sherwin Williams Infinity Stone Eagle in an eggshell finish. 

Then, I replaced all the door knobs with these beautiful aged bronze ones, and replaced the hinges for a nice finishing touch. 

Now for the fun stuff – the FURNITURE! I went a little crazy and got a lot of great furniture. Our beautiful bed frame is from Amazon and is one of the least expensive ones I could find in that style. It was really easy to put together and doesn’t squeak like I’ve heard some do!

Our nightstands and matching dressers are also from Amazon and I actually got those about a year ago and they’ve held up really well. 

The little nook by our windows is my favorite part. The cream french country style chairs are from At Home, as well as the black table in between. The chairs are surprisingly comfy and really soft. Would definitely recommend!
