As many of us continue to work from home through the summer, I’ve done some online shopping and found some of the best home office finds from Target!
With all the extra time we’ve had lately to spend on the back deck, I’ve been itching to get it feeling a little fresher. The deck was built before we moved in, but was never sealed or stained, so it quickly wore down to a yucky grey color of unstained wood!
All this extra time on our hands has me looking for new, creative things to try! I’ve put together the top 6 activities I’ve found that would be fun to try!
Spring has sprung here in Virginia, and with the stay at home orders in most states, more and more people are picking up their gardening tools and sinking their hands into the soil. Gardening is something I’ve always romanticized in my mind, and as of late, I’ve wanted a garden more than anything!
Well…I finally went through with it! JC & I got ourselves 6 baby chicks last weekend! They are Rhode Island Reds and are from a local farm. When I was growing up my mom had chickens she hatched from eggs and I have really fond memories of helping take care of and hanging out with the chickens!
Honestly I did not even know this was a thing until I went to the Plant Bar in Richmond and I knew immediately that I HAD to have it in my house. This project definitely had a hiccup or two but overall it was easier than I thought it would be, and cost very little! We were able to keep it under $150 total!
In light of a fresh year and a fresh decade, I am ALLL about getting organized!! I’ve been on an organization kick recently and I am thinking my pantry might be next….so today I am sharing my pantry organization inspiration from Pinterest!
