Have Your Best Bubble Bath Ever

I swear bubble baths are a gift from God!! They can be life-changing when done right. My tips for your BEST bubble bath ever. 

Set the Mood

Light candles, turn on some soft music (Jason Mraz radio is my fav), and dim the lights

Pour a Glass of Wine

Wine is my beverage of choice, but pour a cold glass of whatever makes your heart happy 

Get a Favorite Book or Browse Pinterest

Do whatever relaxes you the most whether its reading a favorite book or browsing pinterest, just don’t browse anything that will stress you! Good vibes only ~~

Make the Bath Extra Warm, but Not Too Hot

Sometimes I leave it dripping so the warm water keeps on coming and it doesn’t get cold too quick

Add Epsom Salts, Essential Oils & Baking Soda

This mix is known to draw out toxins and help your muscles and joints really relax! Do 2 cups of epsom salt (my favorite is available here), 5 or so drops of essential oil, and 1 cup of plain ole baking soda

Soak For a Good Twenty Minutes

Let yourself really sink into the bath and soak for at least 20 minutes, but feel free to linger

Snuggle up in a Fuzzy Robe

After your fingers are pruny and you feel thoroughly relaxed, let the tub drain, dry off, and and wrap yourself in the coziest robe you own (my fav is available here)

Go To Sleep Afterwards

Try to time your bath so you can immediately lumber into bed and have a good night’s rest!
