Dying for a girls night lately? I am with you! I love getting together with a few girlfriends and making a night of it! Did you know that according to some recent scientific studies, women can actually live longer and are happier when they socialize more? Just another excuse to make some plans with your friends soon!!
Drinks & Dessert – This is a classic, but great night out with some friends! Find the best dessert place in town, grab a drink, and dig in! If you’re local to Richmond, my rec would be Shyndigz
The Bachelor Screening Nights (or any other reality show) – A weekly night to watch a silly show, chat with your friends, and drink wine or cocktails is really a great way to relax!
Spa Night – Pull out all the stops and do the typical girl sleepover mix of face masks, nail polish, hair masks, and anything you can think of to pamper yourselves!
Watch a Rom-Com – I looove a good romantic comedy – the cheesier the better you know? Gather your girls over, pop some popcorn, and pick out one of the rom-com classics. 10 Ways to Lose a Guy, anyone??
An At Home Wine Tasting – Have everyone bring a bottle of their favorite wine, and do an at home wine tasting! Obviously, if you’d prefer to have a professional & a night out, just bring the party to a local winery.
Game Night – Pick a few fun games and have a game night! My favs are For the Girls, Cards Against Humanity, and Buzzed.
Cookie Swap – This one is usually reserved for Christmas, but why not do it all year long?! Make your best cookie recipe, swap, & vote on the best one!
Go Shopping – I think this one is a given, but what is a better feeling than finding the *perfect* item (shoes, jacket, dress, etc) you’ve been dreaming of forever?! And to make it a little better, your friends will be there to cheer you on
Craft Night – Pick a fun craft on Pinterest, get the supplies, and invite the girls over to embark on a night full of potential Pinterest fails
Go Out Dancing – Pick your favorite dance club, get all dressed up, and go dancing with your girls!
